The biggest moral crisis of the century, the genocide in occupied Gaza, and the man has nothing to say about it since Oct 7? Unless it's a continued unquestioning support of Israel?

Expand full comment

"The biggest moral crisis of the century"????? There have been 45.33-million people killed in military, commercial and ethnic conflicts since the year 2000 (this century).

The conservative estimate for Ukraine is 300-thousand dead.

Subjectivity is a precious folly!

Ukraine is a case of a military versus a military. Ukraine is a proxy war started by Notsees backed by the US/NATO. I'm hardly condoning or ignoring the civilians killed there or in the other conflicts. But Gaza is an occupied outdoor prison, the oldest largest concentration camp in the world , with a disproportionate amount of kids killed and a disproportionate amount of the total population killed and injured after decades of torture, punishment, humiliation by a hypocritical, lying, apartheid state. Unlike Ukraine, this is not a war, but a massacre, a one-sided genocide; to support Israel in this is to cast aside any pretense of morality or justice. It's that stark a moral crisis, hence my superlative.

But even putting aside comparisons and ranking the levels of immorality, the original question stands: where is RFKjr on this issue and how can he justify unqualified support for a state that does this?

I met Bobby Sr. 6 days before he was taken and was crushed. Sirhan was MK-Ultra. Bobby must play each move carefully and, if one looks at the entire body of Jr's life and his relationship with humanity and God it is apparent he is managing a very volatile campaign with a courageous and honorable trajectory with big money and paid mouths all along the way trying to get a piece of him. I share your concerns and we know who Bobby is.

Expand full comment

Even Bobby jr doesn't think Sirhan killed his father. Being in lockstep with every other politician (with few exceptions) on Israel is not courageous or honorable if it means turning a blind eye to genocide. Many who were burned by Bernie were hoping that Kennedy would not cave when the pressure ramped up, and some of those who would have been ardent supporters and volunteers were gobsmacked by his Israel stance that crossed the line for them; a calculated risk, perhaps, to secure wealthy zionist donors while losing a few true progressives, which consequence we will have to wait and see as to the impact.

Bobby's COUNTENANCE and RADIANCE tell the whole story, while, during this part of the campaign, the CANDIDATE must play the pieces on the board with early game strategy. Either one trusts the CANDIDATE or one does not but our personal senses of urgency help nothing. I give time and materials and other support as I can and I pray (more than ever before) "And, in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make."* Bobby is the penultimate giver of love.

And considering that this genocide has been a slow-motion train wreck for 75 years, and a major case of moral gangrene for every year of this century, and not just a single-shot boil that came and went, I stand by my original claim that this issue is a sui generis, not just based on numbers, but on how clear the distinction between oppressor and oppressed is.

And a one sided view like yours doesn't help anyone.

Just watched...Damn~ I am at a loss. How can he be so ill informed? And this interview was before this latest tragic situation. One of the things I have so admired about him is his deep, well researched knowledge of whatever subject he is passionate about. This is not good...

My first reaction was that he was overcompensating to refute charges that he was anti-Semitic for merely pointing out what a study said about the potential engineering of bioweapons to target specific genetic groups, which comments were taken way out of context and weaponized against him. He had also seen what they did to Jeremy Corbyn in Britain. But he doubled and tripled down with such noisome apologetics and Likudnik propaganda that I had to question his reasoning on all the other issues he was so "passionate about." IF he could be so wrong on Israel, maybe his other positions were based on questionable data and sources, too. No, this was not good.

i'd say the clot shots and scamdemic and the subsequent push toward digital enslavement is the biggest moral crisis of the century because it's on a global scale.

Ultimately, you might be right. And Kennedy has addressed this to a point, and on that point he is far ahead of the other candidates, and why I was attracted to his campaign. That the architects and arch-criminals of both issues and many others could be the same evil psychopaths could be the nexus that confirms the existence of a nefarious cabal bent on ultimate oppression of the many by the very few. I wouldn't be the first to suppose such a global scale conspiracy that connects the dots.

Well, nothing particularly new there, nor a mention of the Rothschild's role in the creation of Israel. There are those like David Icke who would consider the Rothschilds as fake Jews, Sabbatians who used the cloak of Judaism, first to have gotten around usury laws, and then to exploit Judaism and Jews to hide their own darker motives and rituals.

What info does he have to contribute anything meaningful on this? We all have the same info...I wouldn't want to comment understanding how propaganda is used. If you can't take anything at face value, what good is it to draw conclusions?

This was my first thought as well~ I admire so much about tis man but can not understand his unwavering support of Israel. Especially now.

As did I when he first announced his intention to run, as, even before then, his work and positions were admirable, particularly regarding censorship, medical freedom, environmental protection. But when he went on for hours spouting lies and myths about Israel, easily refuted by experts like Max Blumenthal (what about that interview he promised with Max?), he lost me.

We all have our blind spots that others can see but we are unaware of. I support RFK Jr.'s campaign because he is right on every other issue. He is the only candidate that has the knowledge, skills, leadership ability, and a decades-long history of successful accomplishments to help heal a broken system of government.

As I said earlier, when RFKjr demonstrated his total wrongness on Israel, and seeming unwillingness to listen to noted experts who could prove he was so wrong, and doubled and tripled down on his wrongness, I had to wonder how he arrived at his other positions, and how committed he would be to following through on them. Arrogant error is a serious flaw in character, particularly from a guy who constantly says, "Show me where I'm wrong with the facts and I will change my position," and then refuses to respond to those who have refuted him with the facts, like Max Blumenthal.

That's simplistic absolutism. Sure, many positions are solid and righteous, but that doesn't mean we have to swallow those that are unpalatable. IF his "agenda" includes condoning genocide, that's a dealbreaker for many persons with a conscience.

AS *I* said, it's not that simple or simplistic. I don't expect any candidate to be 100% in agreement with my views, and I can usually overlook a few small discrepancies if, say, 95%, or even 90% of the stated positions are in alignment. But when a position is SO odious, and SO wrong, factually AND morally, I and many others draw the line. One can only hope that wiser and more knowledgeable heads will intervene, point out his errors (an interview with Max Blumenthal might help; say, whatever happened to his agreement to do that???) and get him to publicly do a mea culpa and get on the right side of history. That would go a long way, not only to assuage the many he has horrified by his stance, but confirm that he IS courageous enough to stand up to the Israel lobby, as well as showing he's capable of learning and admitting when he was wrong, a true mark of character. Remember, he always says when called an anti-vaxxer or challenged as a "conspiracy theorist"...""Show me where I'm wrong with the facts and I'll change my position." Prove it!

Thank you so much for bringing reality into focus. Why and how the current administration pretends this is not a huge threat to many facets of our nation is beyond me (unless I go to full-on dystopian logic; then it is crystal clear.) When you are seen and heard, your words, record and trajectory are appreciated and respected. Many are doing our best to lead unaware people to go to those places where you are faithfully represented and the real Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. may be seen and all you stand for, be explained so that people gain the chance to balance input and make informed decisions about voting and acting. Thank you!

Thank you for addressing this issue, it's an important one for our country. I want to ask you again, though, from where are you going to draw the people for your administration who are going to fight against the Uniparty to implement your policies? I've listened to many many interviews where you clearly set out policy goals, but you can't implement them alone. You are going to need hundreds and hundreds of knife fighters to help you, and I'd like to know from where you're going to draw them. If you said from Trump's people, then I would find it believable, because those people are angry and motivated enough, but then why not just vote for Trump in 2024 and you in 2028? If you say it's from people you know, well, okay, but I have some doubt about that. If it's from the democrat party, then you're just going to get rolled. You have also mentioned fighting against corporations, like Pharma, Big Food and the insurance industries. That needs to be done, certainly, and I believe that you are the best man for that job, but there are certain existential issues we face, like Big Tech censorship and manipulation, Deep State Justice, and of course the border and the war lobby. It's too much for one man at one time without a deep bench of berserkers. Still, I want to thank you, you're a really good man, certainly the best in this race in my opinion. I can get pretty dark about the future of our country, and honestly listening to you makes me feel better. All the best to you, Bobby.

I, along with several other commenters, ask for you to stand for a just Palestinian homeland, not the genocide now underway, including by US forces, who are combatants in Gaza, though "secretly" so.

These numbers are massive, and as usual RFK Jr has specific plans to fix this humanitarian and national security problem. It’s been my assumption that the Democratic Party has always planned to eventually, somehow, allow many illegals to vote for their party, if not nationally, then locally. Examples of drift in that direction: In 2021 New York City passed ordinance that would allow 800,000 non-citizens to vote in local elections. And, as of this October, “in more than a dozen municipalities” (media) illegals have been allowed to vote. Further, this year at least some, e.g., the city where I live, Nevada and California local governments have considered allowing illegals to become police officers with power to arrest citizens.

Mr. Kennedy, thank you for going down to the border and recognizing the human disaster, the trafficking, and the national security nightmare plaguing our country. Please make the closing of our border, the securing of our ports, and our border sovereignty an actionable priority if elected.

I’ve read through portions of your campaign site looking for where you specifically address “reparations” for ancestors of slaves. I’ve read on Substack (other authors) that you favor paying reparations - is this true and accurate? Could you specifically address this and provide your thoughts/plan in an upcoming post or refute reparations if this claim has been made by others erroneously?

May God Bless and keep you safe in these trying times! Thank you for running!
