While it makes sense (and should be part of tort law) that energy companies pay for any damages caused by groundwater contamination from fracking, why forbid companies from exporting natural gas? They should be free to sell it to whoever pays the highest price.

According to Thomas Brand from Finland the SEC accepted 10 January 2024 the BItcoin ETFs' as legal instruments in USA. After that, both Blackrock and Morgan Stanley have created ETF instruments based on BItcoin. But why did the former justice minister of Denmark died yesterday suddenly at 13.13? Something to do with the Case Danske bank? I suspect that the Swedish government knows more....
