But I’ll try: To reduce and perhaps cure the consequences of many who have been ‘left behind’, i.e., can’t keep up with the cost of living, their problems ignored, suffered from what’s happened to their ability to have sufficient income to provide for themselves and family, e.g., our economy has gone to Hell for low income citizens, and the resulting inability to keep pace for many has led to drugs, petty crime, mental problems, etc. for too many. The purpose of a Help Center, as I interpret, would be to assist these people in recovering the damage done them and provide assistance for a fresh start. Just my taking a shot at your question, which I appreciate and thank you for it.
